“At 27 years old, I was ready to change careers and move onto 3rd level education. Before committing to a 4 year long degree, I decided to attend KCFE and complete the QQI level 5 course, Pharmacy Assistant. I found the course really enjoyable as it offered a wide range of modules which helped me decide on my 3rd level course choice. I am currently in my 1st year of medical science in GMIT and couldn’t be happier. It would not have been possible without the help of everybody at KCFE. My knowledge, confidence and learning skills developed greatly during my time attending and I would recommend KCFE to everybody.”
Karl Jones 2018-’19
Killester College of Further Education was an amazing experience in equipping me prior to 3rd level education in University. As a mature student who had not sat in a classroom/school setting in over 10 years, I was quiet nervous and anxious. However, KCFE, remarkably eased me into the routine of being a full-time student; studying both then(KCFE-Pharmacy Assistant) and now (TUDublin-Pharmacy Technician) with their amazing curriculum, supportive teachers, VP,Principal, Guidance Counsellor and Auxiliary staff that guided and guaranteed my success.
